Being fit can be stated in different forms by different people. Everyone has a different definition of fitness. Some people consider that fitness is the capacity and ability with which one can run. On the other hand some think it is being slim and thin. But generally fitness is the state of body under which one can do the daily tasks and work with ease and without any discomfort. Fitness further can be categorized into many forms. Cardiovascular fitness is the one in which the efficiency and working of the heart and circulatory system is included. Strength and endurance is a body’s capacity of the muscle with which it can put and exert pressure and force in order to overcome any other resistance. Flexibility is another major factor under the fitness. It is the ability with which you can move to full range through the body’s potential. Hence we can see all such factors are included under fitness.
